Elder Law
Elder law is an extension of estate planning and important when dealing with long term health care costs. I can assist clients and families in understanding some of the common questions that arise in dealing with
- Planning long term care
- Retirement decisions
- Creating effective trusts
- Simple or complex wills
- Powers of attorney
I will discuss with you all considerations including asset distribution goals, gift and income taxes, business succession, asset protection, and charitable gifting options and implement a plan that is best for you. I also assist clients in establishing guardianships and/or conservatorships for incapacitated or disabled adults or minors.
Each person's situation is unique when it comes to his or her needs for long term care and I work one on one with each client to ensure that his or her specific needs are met.
