Elder law is an extension of estate planning and important when dealing with long term health care costs. I can assist clients and families in understanding some of the common questions that arise in dealing with

I will discuss with you all considerations including asset distribution goals, gift and income taxes, business succession, asset protection, and charitable gifting options and implement a plan that is best for you. I also assist clients in establishing guardianships and/or conservatorships for incapacitated or disabled adults or minors.
