I limit my practice to these legal subjects so that I can keep current on the changes in the law as they pertain to these areas. Law, like medicine or engineering, is highly complex. Focusing my practice on these related matters allows me to serve you more efficiently.
I have over 33 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, business law, and real estate. There is no substitute for experience. Because of my experience in these fields, I am highly familiar with what to expect, what to anticipate, and how to efficiently resolve your legal matter.
Another component of my practice I’m proud of is the fact that I handle each situation personally. Every client has different needs and goals; by personally handling the matter, I am able to acquaint myself with those goals and best help you achieve them. As a sole practitioner, your file will not be handed off to an inexperienced associate. I will handle the matter personally, thereby assuring you the benefit of my experience.
